Help with PDF Files

In addition to HTML, Linguistic Discovery provides most of the journal content in PDF file format. PDF files offer reliable formatting and allow a user to view phonetic fonts even if the font is not installed on the user's system. Linguistic Discovery's Problem Sets are provided in PDF format only. In order to view PDF files, Adobe's Acrobat Reader needs to be installed. This program, which is pre-installed on many of today's computers, is also available for free at Adobe's web site: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html To install Acrobat Reader, follow the instructions provided by Adobe. |
